Juniper - The Perfect Residence for Two

The Juniper is an ideal home for two people living alone or a couple with one child.

Ground floor:

The ground floor measures 8.35 m x 8.35 m without the optional sun room.
The kitchen, dining room and lounge are open plan with generous space and an open gallery giving that extra bit of light and height. The first class beech wood stairs of comfortable width and slope form part of this area.
The very useful utility and storage room is accessible from the kitchen and can be used for food storage, washing machine and deep freeze. The combined heat exchanger system and hot water tank are also located here.
The entrance hall leads to the guest toilet and the main living area.
An optional sun room can be added to the side of the house, a typical size would be 3 m x 4 m.

First floor:

The upstairs floor area measures 8.35 m x 8.35 m. The ceiling is plastered white. There is a small attic space for some storage.
There is a generous master bedroom with en-suite shower room fitted with basin, shower, toilet and towel rail radiator. The second bedroom is a good size and is next door to the main bathroom with bath, shower and double basin.
The gallery with stainless steel or wood balustrade and banister overlooks the living room, alternatively it can be closed to provide additional space for a study, relaxing area or third bedroom.
