We provide a standard quotation for the house you select, together with a detailed description of everything included. The price of a Stommel house compares very favourably with traditional brick or stone houses.
You may select non-standard items for the interior fittings and then you will receive an amended quotation with a final price for your new house, indicating exactly what you have chosen. You will have to order some parts from sub contractors such as the bottom slab or cellar and landscaping as required, however we can help you by recommending companies.
When you sign the contract with Stommel Haus, we commit to a fixed price! Unless you change your mind on details of the interior or add a garage, carport or porch, there is no change to the price at all! This is the Stommel Haus promise!
The Stommel Haus contract is signed subject to planning permission. We advise you to wait for full planning permission and building regulations consent before production starts.
Once all the details are defined, the bottom slab or cellar are built and accepted by the Stommel Haus site agent, we will provide you with a detailed project plan which tells you exactly what happens when, and - most important of all - your moving-in date. Our track record on keeping to the project plan is excellent and, unless there are adverse weather conditions, we have always held the completion date to within a week.
